Jess Draper is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and Pelvic floor therapist working with babies and birthing parents in the time frame of preconception through the first two years of life. She provides both virtual and in-person consults and treatment. Jess specializes in breast and bottle feeding skills, fine, gross, sensory and cognitive development to achieve milestones. This often involves correcting movement and reflex patterns associated with torticollis, plagiocephaly, asymmetrical crawling and more! In addition, she provides guidance on navigating non IgE mediated allergies, colic, excessive gas/reflux and constipation.
When working with pregnant and birthing parents on pelvic floor therapy she helps to stop leaking, correct prolapses, prevent pain with intimacy, stop bladder/tailbone/back/rib pain, remediate the feeling of heaviness in the pelvic floor and treating unexplained infertility by assessing and treating organ positioning and mobility. In addition, she utilizes therapeutic ultrasound, lymphatic massage, postural assessments, and Kinesio Taping to prevent clogged milk ducts and mastitis. She offers online pelvic floor labor and birth prep courses to make birthing easier with less complications!
As a holistic Occupational Therapist she utilizes her knowledge of TummyTime! Method to help the birthing parents recover AND the babies get stronger, feed better, soothe quicker, and interact more.
