Anna is dedicated to helping new parents navigate the transition into parenthood including feeding challenges, tethered oral tissues, and infant development. She uses a whole-body approach including TTM, manual therapy techniques, sensory processing, oral motor skills, and functional feeding (breast, bottle, solids, etc) to help parents feel confident and knowledgeable when it comes to feeding and understanding their baby. She has seen the immense benefits for parents and babies alike in completing pre- and post-frenectomy therapy in order to maximize functional outcomes and improve feeding. It is her greatest honor to help parents navigate the world of tethered oral tissues and help them to confidently feed their baby. Anna provides resources for parents including energy conservation, priority management and realistic goal-setting in addition to our extensive work in infant feeding and development to best serve the entire family.

Erica is a pediatric occupational therapist and lactation counselor with 14 years experience. She is a graduate of UC San Diego’s Lactation Consultant program and is Sensory Integration and Praxis and TummyTime! Method certified.
She has a holistic and whole body approach that has been developed through specialized training in infant development, lactation, sensory integration, feeding therapy, tongue-tie, oral motor assessment and intervention.
