She works with children from birth to 18 years old to improve independence and functional skills in their everyday lives. She has seen first-hand the positive impact the Tummy Time!™ Method can have on promoting physical, sensory, and developmental skills in an infant. She believes so strongly in this method because of its long-term physical benefits in reducing the impact of retained reflexed, motor coordination deficits, and sensory needs later in development and life. She recommends and educates families on the Tummy Time!™ Method being a fantastic way to bond and engage with your pre-crawling babies! |

Jill Rabin is a pediatric SLP and IBCLC. She has been working with the 0-3 population for 30 years and was hospital based for 14 of those years. At Advocate Illinois Masonic hospital in Chicago, she developed a feeding program to facilitate smooth transition to oral feedings for all babies in the special care nursery, participating in the weekly diagnostic team providing developmental follow-up to premature babies. Currently, she has a private practice in the Chicagoland area where she sees at-risk and special needs breastfeeding patients, children with Down syndrome and with feeding aversion through the early intervention system. She also works at the New Mother New Baby lactation center in Northbrook, where she teaches classes on development and transitioning babies to solid foods using the Baby-led weaning approach. It is her hope to build a collaborative relationship between speech pathologists and lactation consultants in hopes of increasing the possibility of successful breastfeeding, especially with at risk infants.
