Her doctoral capstone focused on gaining insight into the role that Occupational Therapy can play in helping infants with tongue ties who are struggling with breastfeeding, and it involved becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). After her capstone, she developed a passion and interest in further specializing in the infant and pediatric population.
